Misson Statement

Azores Dog Rescue is a non-profit organisation, that is dedicated to rescuing dogs and puppies from kill-shelters as well as taking in the injured and stray dogs.  

Our priority is to rehabilitate and nurse these dogs and puppies back into good health, so that we can find them the safe and loving homes they deserve.   

All of our dogs and puppies that are available for adoption will be assessed (temperament and behaviour), neutered (or will come with a contract to be neutered when they become of age), vaccinated and microchipped prior to rehoming.  

Please note; all potential adopters are required to undergo a home check, and will be required to sign an adoption contract. To register your interest in a dog/puppy available for adoption, please PM us.  

If you are looking to surrender your dog/puppy, or are aware of a stray that requires help - please PM us with the details of the dog/puppy and your location or the dog's location.
